Tonight Football Playoff Game

Just a note to calm any concerns about tonight’s Football game in Palestine. We are keeping close watch on the weather conditions in bout Palestine and White Oak. The rain should end around noon and temperatures will stay above freezing until after 9 pm her and midnight in Palestine. Afternoon winds will clear the roads and we should not experience any issues with regard to travel to or from the game.

Palestine ISD is dismissing classes early today for the purpose of getting all their people away from school well before the playoff crowd arrives. There are no weather concerns in Palestine at this time. I want you to assure everyone that we are fully aware of the conditions and would not put anyone in our community at risk.

This is an extremely exciting time to be a Roughneck and we want a big, enthusiatic crowd at tonight’s game against Franklin!

See you there.
