To be a Roughneck means at the end of the day you are completely exhausted from putting forth all of your time and energy you had for that one day. Today there are a lot of exhausted Roughnecks. Basketball Fundraiser
Tuesday 6:30 p.m. Basketball team travel fundraiser @ White Oak Baseball Park during varsity baseball game vs Union Grove. Hot Dogs and drinks will be provided. All proceeds will be for travel expenses for the Basketball team.
State Tournament
The Roughnecks are returning to Austin to defend their State Championship, and our Team Tennis (Austin) and Power Lifting Ladies (Corpus Christie) will be going for their first State Championships. Great week for White Oak, congratulations to all of these hard working kids.

April 15th College Scholarship Information
April 15th we will host an East Texas Athletic Scholarship symposium. It will outline for parents and athletes the scholarship expectation and processes. This information will give you a factual in-depth look at how it works and what it takes to go about getting a scholarship at all levels of NCAA athletics. This will take place in the White Oak High School Auditorium April 15th at 7:00pm.
Basketball Friday and Saturday
We will play Salado on Friday, March 1 at 6:00 in the Regional Semi-Finals at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches. The winner of our game will advance to the Regional Championship game on Saturday, March 2 at 12:00 against the winner of the Tatum and Jarrell semi-final contest.
