Roughnecks & Ladynecks

Tonights scrimmage in Bullard will start at 5:00 PM with the 9th graders,  the Junior Varsity will start at 5:30, and the Varsity will start at 6:30.  There will be a “live” half of football played after the controlled scrimmage portion.

We were informed yesterday that Spring Hill will not be able to fill a 9th grade team this year.  We are currently looking to fill that date with another opponent.  Once we have a game scheduled we will post it on this blog.

The Roughnecks will scrimmage Grand Saline & Brook Hill Saturday morning.  The 9th and JV will start at 9:00 AM, and the Varsity will start at 10:15.  Dana Mizell is coordinating our Season Ticket Sales for Football
White Oak Season Ticket Information

Season Tickets for the 2010 White Oak High School Football Season
will begin sales on August 16th for Ticket Holders wanting to renew
their same seating.  Renew sales will be Aug. 16-18 from 2:30 – 7pm only.
All tickets will be sold at the High School office.  New ticket sales
and ticket holders wanting to change seating will be Aug. 19-20 with hours
also from 2:30 – 7pm only.  Season Tickets cost $25 per reserved chair and includes
all five home varsity games.  No presales or tickets will be sold other
than posted times.  All tickets that are not reserved for season will be
sold at the gate the evenings of the Roughneck games for $5.  Other ticket
prices will remain the same with general admission $5 and student tickets

The NECKS will play New Waverly this Thursday in Pollok at Central H.S. at 7:00 PM.  Game 2 will be Saturday at 3:00 PM and game 3 will follow game 2.  All games will be played at Central Pollok High School.

The White Oak Roughnecks will face Corrigan Camden in the Regional Semi-Finals this weekend in a three game series.  All games will be played at Nacogdoches High School.  The first game will be Thursday night at 7:30, and the second game will be played on Saturday at 12:00 Noon. The third game if necessary will be played after game two.

The White Oak Roughnecks will play Harmony in Hallsville this weekend.  We will play a two out of three game series.  Game 1 will be at 7:00 PM on Friday
Game 2 will be at 12:00 Noon on Saturday
Game 3 (if necessary) will be played 30 minutes after game 2 is completed

This weekend we will have 3 girls participating in the State Track Meet in Austin.  Avery Christensen will triple jump on Saturday at 10:00 AM, Adrian Stephens will long jump Friday at 12:00 Noon, and Sydney Hamm will run the mile on Saturday at 2:45 PM.  Syd’s run can be seen live on flotrack.com.  Good Luck Ladies

Due to weather concerns our Roughnecks will play Arp Tigers in Carthage, Thursday night at 8:00 PM & Friday at 5:00 PM.

The Roughnecks will take on the Arp Tigers this Friday at 7:00 PM in Carthage.  Game two will be played Saturday at 2:00, and Game 3 if necessary will follow game two.  Good Luck NECKS!

Next weekend, May 14th & 15th, we will have several Track Athletes competing in the UIL State Track Meet in Austin.  Adrian Stephens in the Long Jump, Avery christensen in the Triple Jump, and Sydney Hamm in the mile.   Good Luck Ladies.
